Drop into an English Conversation Hour! This semester, there are seven happening each week.
The English Conversation Hours are times to meet to engage with social English. They are also opportunities to meet people from across campus and make new friends.
Each Conversation Hour is led by a volunteer from the Cornell community. This semester, the English conversation hours are led by students and a retired Cornell faculty member.
Most take place in person—in the Language Resource Center (Stimson Hall), Klarman Hall, and the Plant Science Building—but one takes place via Zoom. You can find the full schedule here.
You don’t need to register to take part in an English Conversation Hour. Simply drop by.
If you don’t see an English Conversation Hour that meets your schedule, you are invited to start one. Simply complete this facilitator form.
