Overview
Ru Liu is native speaker of Chinese Mandarin with expertise in life and social sciences research manuscripts, grant proposals, cover letters, resumes and CVs, presentations, and networking. She is pursuing a PhD in Community Nutrition, with a goal of evaluating the effectiveness and implementation of food pantry-based nutrition interventions, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Her first-authored work has been published in the Journal of Nutrition and Current Developments in Nutrition.
